The FED (Foundation 4 Enterprise Development) works with the federal R&D community in technology strategic planning to promote innovation in solving problems of national and global importance.


The FED provides program development and technical consulting services to stimulate science and technology (S&T) innovation being developed by early stage and growth companies.
DARPA Transition Support Pilot Program

Working one-on-one with DARPA SBIR/STTR Phase II awardees to:

* Provide targeted assistance in identifying potential Phase III funding sources, and potential government and commercial partners
* Further mature technology to Technology Readiness Level 7: System prototype demonstration in an operational environment

DARPA 100 Year StarshipTM (100YSS)

With100YSS, the stated vision is much larger than technology development or national security. DARPA has expressed a desire to create a renewed enthusiasm and “wonder” across a broad range of research and development, including science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) but also in humanities, arts, management, financing and other related areas for the success of long distance long duration spaceflight. Benefits are not only expected to extend into private and commercial sectors, but to be led by them.

In 2011, the FED led an expert team to help answer the question about the ownership and governance, organizational design, and investment vehicles for the sustainability of the 100YSS. The FED team was selected to present at the NASA 100YSS symposium organized by DARPA and NASA’s Ames Research Centre in Orlando, Florida between 9/30/12 to 10/2/12.

ICAR INTERSTELLAR (Member of the 100 Year Starship initiative)

Icarus Interstellar is a non-profit formed in March 2011. It is registered in the US state of Alaska. It was a spin-off from several people working on Project Icarus (Interstellar Probe Design Study), a theoretical effort to design a STARSHIP.Icarus Interstellar was founded by Andreas Tziolas, Richard Obousy, Kelvin Long, Pat Galea and Adam Crowl, all members of the "Original Project Icarus Study Group."

The Organization does not currently have a physical headquarters and instead members are spread around the world, working in a volunteer capacity. The organizations has 7 Directors, as follows:

PENTAGON: $520 MILLION 4 "SPACE WEAPONS RESEARCH"


Pentagon has more space weapons technology in mind than just a single, satellite-shooting missile. But trying to pin down how much the Defense Department is spending on space combat research.

Pentagon’s 2009 budget, highlighting research that could lead to arms in space. $520 million dollars was in 2010 year’s budget.The real number is likely several multiples of that.

They include a giant laser, to help spot targets in orbit (and to improve space imaging, in the meantime); micro satellites, that could disable another country’s orbiters (or repair our own); a series of jammers, to block enemy satellite signals; and missile interceptors, based in space.

The mission of PeaceKeeper Space Organization is to create technologies that will better the Human Race as a whole. With a focus on Space travel within the time frame of the current and future generation.

I am representing a new company that is biding for this opportunity to change space travel. You may have or may have not heard of The Hundred Year Spaceship, their goal is in the next hundred years have the technology to go deeper into space than any other human vessel to date. My company PeaceKeeper Space Organization is confident in our ability to beat The Hundred Year Spaceship by 50 years, and be the first humans to go into deep space. Why is this important you might be asking, well space travel is the pinnacle of human aspirations, it very frankly is the final frontier that mankind has not tamed. And, above all of that idealism the very really problem of this planet running out of natural resources. This may sound to some as an alarmist ringing the fire bell when their is no fire in sight, but it is a very real problem. PeaceKeeper Space Organization needs support for this endeavor, we guarantee that we are the best choice for this as we can also guarantee that we will be the first to achieve this goal with the proper funding.
